Purchases

Prices & availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered but Art Class® has no obligation to honor incorrect pricing.
Taxes are added at checkout where required by law. Tax rates are based on applicable laws for your shipping destination and payment method.
Promo codes must be used at time of purchase for discount to apply. Codes are single use only, non-transferable, not valid on prior purchases, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your cart. Rates are provided by the shipping provider, not Art Class®.
We ship to most countries around the world. Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Any extra costs resulting from an incorrect address will be passed along.
Delivery timeframes given at checkout and on the site are estimates only based on average transit times. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, customs issues, or any circumstances out of our control.
Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to locate or replace lost shipments.
Returns & Refunds
The Art Class® return policy offers a 30 day window for returns from the date you receive your purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused with all tags still attached.
To start a return, email [email protected] or contact us through your Art Class® account. We will provide instructions specific to your order.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is fully processed. Processing time depends on the payment method. We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving your items.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only, not a refund.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error like shipping the wrong item. Use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage until your refund is issued.
Damaged, worn, washed, or missing items are not eligible for return or refund. We encourage inspecting your purchase upon arrival. Contact us within 3 days of receiving damaged goods for assistance.
